We currently have an opportunity for Lead Data Analytics in our organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality analytics projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and
development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to maximize team productivity and creativity.
2. Data Analysis and Insights:
• Conduct hands-on analysis of healthcare data to derive actionable insights and trends.
• Develop advanced analytics models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare challenges.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare stakeholders.

3. Strategy and Planning:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the organization’s data analytics strategy and goals.
• Identify opportunities for improving data analytics processes and capabilities.
• Drive the implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
4. Data Governance and Compliance:
• Ensure data privacy and security standards are upheld in all analytics projects.
• Stay current with healthcare regulations and industry best practices related to data handling and
protection.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their data
needs and priorities.
• Communicate complex findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical
stakeholders.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer
Science)
• 4-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven
insights.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources and terminologies (e.g., EMR, claims data, ICD-10, CPT).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
